If the student uploads a transcript, the list should tick. If the file is a photo of a café menu, the system should ask again. That is a useful bot. A bot that writes the personal statement is not.

Course fit, funding, and visa timing need a person who knows the student. Use AI to prepare a pack for that person: what is in, what is missing, what is due. Then they talk.

Be honest on the website

Do not put “powered by AI matching” on the hero if a human still picks the shortlist. Students and parents notice. So do universities you work with.
