Student Enquiries Die in Email. Education Agencies Need a Real Intake.
An education agency’s website is not a poster for the universities you work with. It is the start of a student file. Passports, transcripts, personal statements and follow-up questions should not live in a counsellor’s inbox.
That is why we built Mountenna Edu as a journey, not a gallery. The EdTech page explains the same pattern for other agencies.
One place for the student to start
The student should know what you need, in what order, and what happens after they submit. If they have to WhatsApp a counsellor for every document, you will lose people at the busy time of year.
Staff should see the same file
When three people touch one application, email threads fork. A simple intake with status and documents in one record is not “enterprise software”. It is how you stop mistakes.
Write for how students search
Course, country, intake month. Those are the words on the page. A generic “we are passionate about education” hero does not help a student who already knows they want a UK master’s in January.
If your pipeline is still a spreadsheet and a shared inbox, we can show you what a specialist build looks like.
